What we store

Your name, contact details, district and photograph — only what the membership system needs. Nothing else.

What is public

Your photograph appears only on your membership card. The public verify page shows only a name, district, state and issue date for accepted members. Mobile numbers and emails are never public.

Emails

We email you only for verification, committee decisions and organisational updates. We never ask for your password by email.

Your record

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers — ever. To correct or remove your record, write to the committee desk.
